Insurance Information
At Winneconne Family Dentistry we understand how frustrating it can be to navigate through the maze of dental insurance. As a courtesy to our patients we will file your insurance claims for you. We can estimate and will ASSIST you in determining your insurance benefits by providing you with a pre-treatment estimate from our practice management software and/or by submitting a pre-treatment authorization to your dental insurance company. Any estimated uninsured portion, co-payment or deductible cannot be billed and is due at the time of service.
We accept almost all insurance plans with out of network benefits. Dr. Ryan’s team works hard to maximize all of your insurance benefits to get you the care you need at an affordable price. At this time we are network providers for all Delta Dental Premier, PPO and Medicare advantage plans.
